At approximately 4:30 p.m. on January 17, 2025, MIBOR received notification that members were experiencing a significant increase in notification emails alerting members to listings that were indicated with interest by a client on their portal, being received every few minutes and/or repeatedly.
We immediately reported this to our vendor and began investigating the cause. We discovered that the service console responsible for sending these emails contained some errors. At approximately 11:00 p.m. the service was stopped for further investigation of the root cause.
Our vendor is actively working on correcting the errors prior to resuming these email notifications.
We have individually replied to each ticket to provide information about the error experienced. We will provide updates as they become available.

We apologize for this inconvenience and the impact on your email management. Update: A solution to the issues affecting the email service console was implemented early Saturday morning, January 18th. Our vendor has continued to monitor the activity and found that all emails are being sent as expected. This error has been completely resolved. |
