Agent to Agent Remarks (Private Remarks)

Members can utilize Agent to Agent remarks in the following ways:
  1. To display comment that cannot be seen by the public and are only viewable to agents.
  2. Relay helpful information to the buyer’s agent.
  3. Include exclusions, commission and/or disclosures.
  4. Include information to help with showings.
For privacy reasons, it is important that you do not include access codes, i.e., lockbox, gate, etc. within listing remarks.

IMPORTANT: Buyer Agent Commission (BAC) should only be posted within the specified field, never within remarks.
