Approximate Below Grade (Basement) Finished Square Footage

Approximate Below Grade (Basement) Finished Square Footage

The Approximate Below Grade Finished Square Footage is calculated based on the numerical value that is selected within
the % Below Grade Finished field.  If the Basement Details field indicate Finished, the system will automatically enter 100%
into the Percent Below Grade Finished section. The approximate below grade square footage will include the entire below
grade square footage amount.

If the basement square footage is not entirely finished, the Partially Finished option may be selected but is not required.
The Finished option should not be selected.  The below grade square footage will either be imported from the tax record
or it can be entered manually by clicking on the pencil within the field.
The Percentage Below Grade Finished can also be added manually.  The value that is entered into this field will affect the
Approximate Below Grade Finish Square Footage.
This calculation will determine the Approximate Total Square Footage.

The Approximate Total Square Footage will be displayed on the Full Detail listing sheet.

Note:  Except for 0% and 100%, the mean of the percentage range is multiplied by the Below Grade Area Sq Ft to create an APPROXIMATE number.
