How Do I Delete Old Listings From My Clients Portal?

A client may ask their agent to create multiple seraches withvarious criteria


Hover over the Prospecting Icon at the top right of your connectBLC home screen.  



Next, Click on the Client/Prospect name.




Click on Listings at the top.  Ensure that this is the search and listings that you want to remove from your clients portal.  Next select 
the Delete button



A pop-up message will appear verifying that you want to delete the search.  It will specify that the entire set of listings that were included
within the search will also be removed form the client web page/portal.  Click OK to proceed.



You'll notice that the search is no longer displayed within your client searches.  Next, click on the View Portal option on the upper left side.



You can then click on the View Portal action at the top to ensure that those listings are gone.




Once the portal tab opens in a new tab, click on My Searches.  Note that the search and the results are no longer available within the portal.
