Automatically Refer Service Partners

  1. When adding a Service Partner to your contact list, you have the option to automatically refer your Service Partner (SP) to Clients that you add in connectBLC.
  1. Every time you add a new Client to connectBLC, connectBLC will refer your Service Partner to the Client. ​​​​
  2. Your Service Partner’s contact information will display within your Client’s connectBLC web page.
  3. Your Service Partner will receive a notification in connectBLC that they have been referred to your client.

  2. Check the box to automatically refer your Service Partner to your Clients, and additional options will open. If you choose not to automatically refer your service partner to your Clients, click Finish and you can later manually refer your Service Partners to your clients. 
  3. Next, select the type of Clients you want to refer to your Service Partner.
    • When a new Client’s type matches the selected types, your Service Partner will be referred to them.
    • You can change any of your Clients’ types by editing their information from your My Clients contact list.
    • connectBLC will not refer your Service Partner to previously added contacts. 
    • You can select as many different Client types as you would like. To refer all of your Clients in connectBLC to your Service Partner, click the Select All option. Click Finish when completed. From this point forward when you add a Client to connectBLC that matches the client type you selected, this Service Partner will be referred to them.
