Level Three Violation Examples: 

  • - Failure to Upload the Required Documents for Office Exclusive Listings within 2 Business Days 

  • - Failure to Enter a Listing within 1 Business Day Once Public Marketing has Occurred 




Level Four Violation Examples: 

  • - Allowing Administrator/Assistant to Access the BLC Using Your Login Credentials
