BLC Confidential Sales Price

BLC Confidential Sales Price

Agents can NOT list a $0 sales price in the BLC/Confidential Sales Price; the real sales price must be reported. The closing price is required, and is part of the public records once recorded with the county. If the client would like the information restricted from listing feeds, agents can edit the Media section of the listing to Internet Entire Listing Display = No, which will remove the record from external sites but preserve the listing record for member use. This is helpful for market statistics and comp purposes.
