The listing data history is available in the listing detail
by clicking the “View History” button under the photos.
This will show all data imports and updates to the listing information included on the platform:
Agent interactions on the listing can be accessed using the
“Showings” tab on the listing.
The list shows all showing interactions, whether the
appointment was confirmed, denied, cancelled, or timed out from lack of
response.
Each appointment includes a “View Details” button to show
communication deliveries associated with the appointment request:

Depending on the method of communication requested, the email delivery log and/or SMS (text) delivery log provides detail on delivered, opened, and failed messages.
