Feature Enhancements: 

• (U.S. Marketplace) The "Leave Card" option within the Showing Configurations will be disabled by default
• (Buyer Appointments) The option to export PDF files of a showing or tour details will now include the contact details of the invited buyers
• (Showing Process) All Showing Denials or Cancellations will automatically send to the Showing Agent and will no longer need to be manually processed by an admin
• (Tours Feature) While configuring a tour, realtors will now see which listings have the auto-confirmed label turned on 
• (Manage Listing Contacts) Changes made to the 'Feedback Collected' and 'Reminder' toggle will now appear in the Showing Configuration History
• (Create / Edit Listing Feature) Users will now be notified which 'Required Field' is missing if attempting to 'Save' without having completed all of the required fields 

Bug Fixes:

• (Showings List) Users can now successfully view uploaded COVID-19 forms
• (Showing Cancellation Screen) The 'Note For Co-op Agent' sub-heading has been re-aligned above the text box
• (Merge / Combine Listing Tool) Licensed Users and Team Admins will no longer receive an error message while attempting to merge / combine listings
• (External Dashboard) Showing Agents can now select the SMS option while booking a showing via MLS using the BrokerBay booking link
• (Auto-Confirm Appointments) Appointments set to 'Auto-Confirm' will no longer be held within the Admin Queue for processing
• (Showing Configurations) Selecting a buffer time will no longer restrict appointments for the entire day 
• (Showing Configurations) Any showings currently in the 'Pending' status of the showing process will no longer be included in the Update Existing Showings modal
• (Showing Appointments) The 'Access Change' notification will no longer be sent to all listing contacts and only the showing agent

• (Listing Status) The 'Sold Conditionally' and 'Leased Conditionally' status will now include the "(Pending)" to match the listing status displayed in the Web App
• (U.S. Marketplace) The "Leave Card" option within the Showing Configurations will be disabled by default

Bug Fixes:

• (Showing Appointments) Any updates made to the Access Instructions will now trigger an 'Access Changed' notification for Showing Agents
