BrokerBay's Temporary Access Code
On the lock history, the email column will record who the history
detail is tied to. If it is within the Vault Enterprise system, it will display the email of
the User. If it is outside of Vault, it will show the integration
partner the request was made from.
Within BrokerBay, the user can unlock via
Bluetooth and also view a temporary Access Code. This Access Code is meant to be used in EMERGENCY SITUATIONS ONLY, when the Bluetooth is non-functioning.
If a user on BrokerBay requests to view this temporary Access Code, BrokerBay will pull that code from the Vault Enterprise system aligned with the
approved showing time, and pass it back over to the BrokerBay system to display
to the user. All these requests to Vault get logged under the lock
access history. So the temp code viewed would be tied to an agent on BB who had
scheduled an approved showing for that lock box/location and requested to view
the access code.
