BrokerBay Web v3.64

Feature Enhancements:

  • (Seller Dashboard) When an administrator or agent adds a seller contact to a listing, an invite is now automatically sent to them by email
  • (Seller Dashboard) Users can now invite sellers to the seller dashboard before showings are booked  
  • (Seller Dashboard) Users can now resend invites to the seller dashboard before showings are booked 
  • (MasterLock) Agents can now choose to enable or disable the generation of manual access codes on a listing-by-listing basis 
  • (Showing Types) Agent Inspection showing type will now read as Agent Inspection/Preview to indicate a full tour or showing by the Listing Agent
  • (Tours) When creating /editing a tour, the listing status will now indicate the listing and showing approval types
  • (Message Agents Tool) Email messages sent to showing agents will now include information about the appropriate Listing Agent or sender
  • (SMS Notifications) Showing confirmation SMS will now read INST above the showing access instruction hyperlink

Bug Fixes:

  • (Analytics) Average Price data will now populate with accurate information on sold listings 
  • (Answering Service) The Answering Service provider will now be updated when a user transfers brokerages

Market-Specific Adjustments:

  • (MIBOR) Draft listings will now populate on the agent dashboard
