Feature Enhancements:

• (Agent Dashboard) Listing Tab will now preserve the listings filter concerning Status and/or Availability until the user logs out
• (Showings Calendar) All appointments synced into a user's calendar will now include a link to the respective listing's Listing Details page
• (Admin Queue) The Live Count has been updated to ensure that the Admin Queue menu count and the Showings Tab count match
• (Export Showings List) Exported PDF files will now display the scheduled showings in chronological order
• (Tours Feature) When exporting a PDF of a scheduled tour, the order will now display in chronological order

Bug Fixes:

• (Property Update Notifications) Showing Agents can now successfully unsubscribe from Property Updates such as Registered Offers
• (Feedback Requests) External Users will no longer be redirected to sign in when attempting to leave feedback through the Feedback Request link
• (Teams Feature) When a user is removed as a listing contact from a listing outside of their team, showings from that respective listing will now longer appear in the user's My Team dashboard
• (Brokerage Transfers) When a listing is transferred to a new brokerage, they will transfer as an unassigned listing. Once the LA's member ID transfers to the new brokerage, the listing will become re-assigned
• (Brokerage Transfers) The Change History modal via the Listings Details Page will now track listing transfers
• (Offers Feature) Offers will now expire at the inputted time of expiry within BrokerBay

BrokerBay Mobile v1.38

Feature Enhancements:

• (Agent Dashboard) Within the Listings Tab, both the Availability and Status filer will now include all available options as seen on the desktop version and list alphabetically
• (Offline Mode) Users will now be able to view confirmed showing details for access instructions even if they are in a location that lacks cell coverage

Bug Fixes:

• (Contact Agent Via Mobile Icon) The last phone number used to book a showing will now connect to a User's profile on the mobile app
• (Mobile App via Android) Android users will no longer experience any app buffers while on the Dashboard page
