Buyer Agent is Not a MIBOR Member
When an offer is accepted on a listing, the listing brokerage will need to pend the listing in the BLC service within 2 business days of the accepted offer.
If the buyer is being represented by a non-MIBOR broker, the list agent or office will need to use the code (9999) in the buyer agent field.
Enter the additional collaborative closing questions regarding the transaction. This will include the Buyer Financing and Buyer Agency Compensation
Paid By fields.
Once all of the pending data is entered, select the save button in the upper right corner. The buyer agent will appear as a 9999: Non-BLC Member
Note: 9999 should be used when there is no buyer agent representation as well.
