Client Messages Widget

Client Messages Widget

When a Client sends you a message from within their Client Portal (by clicking the Message button), you will receive the message content by email, & notice of the message will also be displayed under the Client Messages widget on the My BLC Home Page.

When you click on the links within the widget, you will automatically be able to view the Client’s Dashboard & see the message within the Activity Feed. Click on the message to view its content. If you do not see the message within the Activity Feed, you can sort by update type & select Message to filter results accordingly.

Note: Once you have read the message, it will no longer appear on the My BLC Home Page.
