CMA Area Statistics

Area Statistics provide your clients with a more global view of a listing and sales activity in their area.

  1. If you need area statistics for your client’s CMA, then you can click the Area Statistics tab, as shown below.
  2. Click on the Add an Area Market Survey link to add the survey to your CMA Report.
    • Note: You must select one or more area(s) before you can receive Area Statistics for your CMA Report. 
  3. Click on Generate Report to view your report.
  4. Then click on Add to CMA.
