CMA Area Statistics
Area Statistics provide your clients with a more global view of a listing and sales activity in their area.
- If you need area statistics for your client’s CMA, then you can click the Area Statistics tab, as shown below.
- Click on the Add an Area Market Survey link to add the survey to your CMA Report.
- Note: You must select one or more area(s) before you can receive Area Statistics for your CMA Report.

- Click on Generate Report to view your report.
- Then click on Add to CMA.
