Company Inventory Search

Company Inventory Search

Company Inventory is a type of Search in the BLC that allows you to choose more specifically where you'd like to view listings from. This differs from a Residential search, which covers the entirety of the BLC and includes any listings that match the Residential property type.

The Inventory dropdown menu allows you to choose which type of inventory to search, and the checkboxes underneath let you clarify whether you'd like to view Listed or Sold statuses, or both.

To save default search criteria for Company Inventory:

1. Put all criteria into place that you would like automatically populated, select the Defaults gear icon to the top right. This is where you would put Sold, for example, if you would only like to view Sold company inventory.

2. Choose Save Current as My Default from the dropdown menu.

3. The first box, to set these criteria as your default for all Company Inventory searches, will be selected. Here, you also get to decide whether you would like this type of search to be the primary search across your BLC platform. This means, when you tap or click to begin a Search in the BLC, it will start with this type of search and the filters you have added.

If yes, choose the second box followed by OK. If no - you only want to apply these default settings to the Company Inventory type of search - leave the second box blank and just click OK.

Printing Statistics
Once you have the set criteria of listings you are looking for, you can print or download a Statistics report.
