Showing Confirmation for non-BLC Members

Showing Confirmation for non-BLC Members

Non-BLC members requesting showings are not in the BrokerBay system as authorized users since they are not in the MIBOR contacts list. For security purposes, the system sends unverified user requests to the Listing Agent to confirm, regardless of Auto-Confirm Status.
