A Listing Change Request Link
A Listing Change Request link has been added to Sold listings that allows a List Agent or Office Admin
to change the participants involved in a listing after it has closed.
1. First select the Sold Listing you would like to change from the My Listings/Transactions page.
2. Select Listing Change Request from the Transaction Dashboard.
3. The link will take you to your MIBOR Central account where you can request a Listing Change.
4. The Listing Change Request link can also be found by clicking the Edit icon on the My
Listings/Transactions page.
Improvements to the User Interface throughout connectBLC
The following improvements to connectBLC’s design have been implemented to provide a better
experience for Agents & Clients:
- Ability to advance through listing photos using keyboard arrows has been added.
- The number of listings displayed on the Client Favorites page has increased to 20.
- Upon clicking an address within the Client Favorites page, a map will display focused on the selected address.
- When viewing listings that have been sent to a Client from the Client Details page in Table view,
a column that reflects the Client’s reaction to a shared listing has been added.
Improvements to Data Accuracy throughout connectBLC
In addition, in response to helpful feedback from MIBOR members & continued evaluation by the MIBOR
team, additional improvements to connectBLC functions have been implemented. Improvements in this
release include:
