Market Activity Widget: Additional Categories Displayed (e.g., PreMarket, Back On Market, Price Decrease, etc.)
The Market Activity widget was updated to include the following categories: PreMarket, Back On Market, Price Decrease, Price Increase, Leased, Withdrawn, & Temp Off Market. It also includes the following pre-existing categories: New, Expired, Sold, & Pending. As before, you can customize the area(s) that you would like to include & click on any category to view corresponding listings.
Market Activity Widget: Available on the Home Page of any Mobile Device
The Market Activity widget is available from the My BLC Home page of any mobile device/the MIBOR MLS app.
Upon clicking on the My BLC Home Page icon, the full widget will be available to view & interact with.
Add/Edit: Days on Market/Cumulative Days on Market Does Not Generate for Pre-Market Listings
Days on Market/Cumulative Days on Market (DOM/CDOM) metrics do not accumulate for listings during the Draft or Pre-Market status. This update will affect all listings that will be added in the future, as well as all existing listings in the Draft or Pre-Market status.
Add/Edit: Ability to Transition a Pre-Market Listing to “Withdrawn” Status
When transitioning a listing out of the Pre-Market status the following options are available:
Active or Withdrawn.
Add/Edit: Ability to Display Mandatory Fields Only
When adding/editing a listing, you can select Hide Optional Fields to display only fields that are mandatory prior to assigning a listing number. If the corresponding box is checked, optional fields will remain hidden even when navigating through different sections. Uncheck the box to view all available fields.
Add/Edit: Ability for CoList Agents to Edit Listing
Upon adding a CoList Agent to a listing, you can indicate whether the Co-Lister should be permitted to edit the listing. If the corresponding box is checking, the CoList Agent will be able to view & edit the listing from within their connectBLC account.
Resolution to Issue with Price Per Square Acre for “Land” Property Type
A previous issue regarding inaccurate calculation of the Price Per Square Acre for listings within the Land Property Type has been resolved, & will now display the correct value throughout connectBLC.
