Market Activity Widget: Additional Categories Displayed (e.g., PreMarket, Back On Market, Price Decrease, etc.)
The Market Activity widget was updated to include the following categories: PreMarket, Back On Market, Price Decrease, Price Increase, Leased, Withdrawn, & Temp Off Market. It also includes the following pre-existing categories: New, Expired, Sold, & Pending. As before, you can customize the area(s) that you would like to include & click on any category to view corresponding listings.
Client Experience: Virtual Tours are Available within the Client Portal
A Virtual Tour link will be displayed (when applicable) for all listings within the Client Portal from the Additional Information section of the listing report.
Client Experience: Ability for Consumers to Use the Public Portal as a Guest
MIBOR’s public portal is available to consumers with or without an account. If an Agent has added a consumer to their My Client list, a registered account is automatically created for the Client & they can search the public portal, engage with listings, save searches & favorites, & communicate their feedback automatically with their Agent.
If a consumer is not yet working with an Agent, they can now access the Client Portal as a guest.
As a guest, consumers can use the Client Portal to search for local properties.
If the consumer would like to interact with the BLC data (ex. mark as Interested, save a search, etc.) they will need to find a MIBOR Agent to work with from the corresponding options.
MIBOR Rules: Warning will Display if Contact Information is Detected within the “Public Remarks” or “Directions” Field
When adding/editing a listing, the following information is prohibited within public-facing fields (specifically, Remarks & Directions) to promote transparent communication between consumers & their Agent: website address, phone number, email address, List Agent’s full name, List Office name, & any mention of Contact Agent, Contact Office, Call agent, or Call office. If any of the above is entered, a warning message will appear that alerts you of the rules violation so that it can be corrected.
