Search: Ability to Search by Distance from an Address/Location
When conducting a search, you can filter results within a certain distance (in miles) of an address or your current location.
The Proximity field can be added to any search from the Add/Remove Fields button.
Note: if you would like the Proximity field to remain on your search Filters page, you can add it to your My Default search filters.
Once added, Agents can specify how many miles within a certain address/location they’d like to search by.
The criteria will display within the Filters Applied section of the search Filters page.
Along with the search Filters page, the Proximity field can also be added/edited from any Search page using the Show Filters button.
When viewing search results, Proximity is also an available heading that will display the listing(s)’ distance (in miles) from the address or location that was entered. Like other headings in connectBLC, it can be used to sort the search results in ascending or descending order.
The Proximity heading can be added to the search results table (and optionally saved as the default Table view) from the Modify Columns link.
Search: Address Suggestions Auto-Populate When Adding Search Filters
For your convenience, when entering an address from the Proximity field on the search Filters page, address suggestions will display as you enter criteria. You can click on the intended address from the options that auto-populate to ensure accuracy.
The same functionality is available from the Center On tool within the Map.
Note: all addresses displayed are within MIBOR’s geographical range.
Add/Edit: Alert will Display When Price Change Difference is Over 10%
To help ensure data accuracy & avoid typos, an alert will display when raising or lowering a listing’s price by more than 10%. If intentional, an Agent may acknowledge the alert & proceed with the price change.
CMA: Disclaimer Footer Displays within the CMA Summary Report
When creating a CMA Summary Report, a disclaimer is included at the bottom to qualify all shared data & protect MIBOR members.

- Share Listing function resolution for photo display errors
- Mobile interface My Agent responsiveness
- Open House fields updated for Listing Search
- Unbranded Virtual Tour and Interactive Virtual Tour links added to Additional Info on Client Portal
- Primary Bedroom re-ordered in field lists to top group with other Bedroom options
- Builder Name applied to all properties in Add/Edit, was limited to New Construction "Yes".
- Tax Report links on pop-out menus now checks for Tax ID and Address to improve results
- Email CMA report updated to include subject property address in the message body
