Photo Browser (Thumbnail) Custom Field
A Photo Browser (Thumbnail) custom field can be added when modifying the columns of search results.
To add the Photo Browser (Thumbnail) to a custom report, select Modify Columns then Edit Columns.
Search the Available Fields for Photo Browser (Thumbnail) and click the Plus icon to select it.
Click and drag the field to its desired located, provide a name for the custom report, and click Save.
The Photo Browser (Thumbnail) will now appear in your search results table.
Improvements to the User Interface throughout connectBLC
The following improvements to connectBLC’s design have been implemented to provide a better
experience for Agents & Clients:
- A Quick Filter option has been added to the Prospecting Manager to help locate a specific search
by entering its relevant details.
- When running a Market Share report, the ability to rank Agents within selected Teams, Offices, etc. is
selected by default.
- The following fields in the Feature List are now collapsible and expandable to provide the ability to
hide the list of entries displayed due to their length:
Improvements to Data Accuracy throughout connectBLC
In addition, in response to helpful feedback from MIBOR members & continued evaluation by the MIBOR
team, additional improvements to connectBLC functions have been implemented. Improvements in this
release include:
- The issue previously affecting the lookup on Subdivision Name Field in Add/Edit has been
resolved.
- Square footage fields are now editable and working as expected for all Building Area Source
selections within Add/Edit.
- Validation that requires one of the rooms to be listed as Primary Bedroom has been added.
- The Off-Market Date is no longer updated when changing a listing to Expired from certain off-
market statuses.
- Rule where if Private Pool is checked then Community Pool should not be able to be checked
(and vice versa) has been created.
- Rule where if Cash Only is checked then no other financing can be checked has been created.
- When using the Clone + Tax option in Add/Edit data is now being pulled from Year Built field.
- For listing status transitions the following code changes were made:
- Issue previously affecting the Save Radio Buttons in the MIBOR Mobile App has been resolved.
