Add/Edit: Ability to Select “Use GPS” for Directions with One Click
When adding/editing the Directions field for a listing, check the box next to Display “Use GPS” as your Directions to automatically populate the field with those instructions.
Add/Edit: Ability to Import Additional Data from Tax Records
When adding/editing a listing, additional fields are now available to auto-populate from a tax record including information regarding: garage, basement, heating, & cooling.
Client Portal: One-Click Access to CMA When Viewing Email from connectBLC
Upon sending a CMA to a Client, the Client will receive an email from connectBLC. The email includes a link that will take them directly to the most current version of the CMA.
Client Portal: Additional Status Indicators in Emails from connectBLC
Upon sending listings to a Client (either manually or as the result of an Automatic Search), the Client will receive an email from connectBLC. The email will include a preview of the listings that will include additional status indicators (e.g., Back on the Market) to help provide clarity.
Client Portal: Off-Market Listings will Not Display within Client Portal Unless Favorited
Clients can access any listing that you send them (either manually or as the result of an Automatic Search) from within their Client Portal. To make sure that the results are not overwhelming, once a listing changes to a status that falls within the Off-Market category (e.g., Expired), it will no longer be displayed within the Client Portal unless the Client has marked it as a Favorite.
Client-Related: Ability to View Client Email by Hovering Over Name from “Saved Searches” Section
When viewing your Saved Searches from the My Searches section of the Search page, you can hover over the name of the Client associated with the search (when applicable) to view the Client’s email address.
