connectBLC Release Updates 09.19.2023

Easily Access Clients, Agents, & Offices from the SmartBar without a Preceding Keyword

When searching for a Client, Agent, or Office ID within the SmartBar at the top of any page in connectBLC, a preceding keyword is no longer needed. For example, to navigate to a Client named “Cathy Client” entering “cat” into the SmartBar would likely display the Client’s name along with the other suggestions (see image below). As usual, clicking on any entry will take you to its page.

*Note: while preceding keywords are no longer required, they can still be used to refine the suggestions displayed. For example, entering the Client keyword “cl” with the same criteria as used in the previous example would limit the resulting suggestions to Client entries only rather Clients & listings.

View All Documents Associated with a Listing with Just One Click

While documents associated with a listing can still be accessed at any time from the Additional Information section of any report, they can also be viewed or downloaded with just one click. To do so, select the listing(s) whose documents you would like to view/download & click the Print action icon.

Check the box next to “Print additional documents (download only)“.

Click Save as PDF to view all associated documents simultaneously within one PDF file.

Convenient Access to & Interaction with Documents & Reports in the MIBOR Mobile App

When accessing the MIBOR Mobile App from either app store, documents & reports can be opened, shared, saved, &/or printed to ensure that connectBLC functionality & the user experience is consistent across devices.

The following improvements to connectBLC’s design have been implemented to provide a better experience for Agents & Clients:

  3. When changing a listing to the Pending status, the “Purchase Contract Date” field may not contain a future date
  4. The “Days on Market” field is searchable for all Property Types throughout connectBLC
  5. "The Village of Westclay” Subdivision filter will be used to encapsulate all versions of the filter previously available (e.g., “West Village of Westclay”, “The Village of Westclay”, etc.)
  6. Entries within the “Lot Size Acreage” field will be rounded to two decimal places & a validation error will display if the entry varies from the tax record by more than 1/10 of a percentage point
