connectBLC Release Updates 12.05.2024
Map View has been added to My Listings/Transactions so that List Agents can easily see how their
listings compare to other nearby listings. Map View within My Listings/Transactions
To access My Listings/Transactions Map View, start from the My Listings/Transactions page.
Next, click Show on Map.
From this page, List Agents can view their listings on the map by hovering over the icon, searching for
nearby listings, and more.
Improvements to the User Interface throughout connectBLC
The following improvements to connectBLC’s design have been implemented to provide a better
experience for Agents & Clients:
• Updates made to the Sales Award Report, including renaming to Sales Ranking Report.
• Reply to Notice text has been updated.
• Icons/links added to Property tab in My Transaction Dashboard.
• Number of characters for “Reply to Notice” and “Submit a Waiver” have been limited, and users
are informed of character count while entering comments.
• Users are now able to make price changes on Office Exclusive listings across all instances of Edit
Listing Price.
Improvements to Data Accuracy throughout connectBLC
In addition, in response to helpful feedback from MIBOR members & continued evaluation by the MIBOR
team, additional improvements to connectBLC functions have been implemented. Improvements in this
release include:
