Creating a Quick CMA in the BLC

1. Use the top menu navigation to select a search type:


2. Use the Show Map button to open the map search:


3. Use the "Center On" function to enter the subject property address:


4. This will "pin" the location on the map. Use the radius layer to select the distance from subject you'd like to include and Apply the shape to the map:


5. Select the statuses and any other relevant criteria to include in the search:


6. Click the "CMA Summary" icon in the top right menu once you are pleased with the results:


7. From the Show menu, you can choose to work with only listings you have Selected (checked), Unselected (not checked), or All.


8. From the Quick Statistics/Chart link, you have further options for how you'd like to customize the Stats View. This includes the addition of graphic elements.




8. Print or Email to a client using the top menu elements.


If emailed, the client will view the CMA Report within their Client Portal.





The activity will be displayed in the Client Activity widget on the home screen.
