Data Currency and Availability Report
Select
the Data Currency option found at the bottom of any MLS Tax Suite page to see
details about information sources and how recently that information was
updated.
Arranged by county, you’ll see
property assessment dates, sales and mortgage dates, mapping information, and
more. The date at the top of the page tells you how recently the information
contained on the Data Currency page was updated.
