Directions to property are required on all listings.

If GPS navigation using mobile mapping apps has been confirmed, you may display "Use GPS".

If the property cannot be accurately found using common mobile mapping applications, determine nearest major intersection and give directions to property. In consideration of others using this property as a comparable, please do not include sign verbiage in Directions, i.e., follow to sign on right, etc.  

When adding/editing the Directions field for a listing, check the box next to Display “Use GPS” as your Directions to automatically populate the field with those instructions.
