Expiration Date Emails
Expiration date emails are sent 7 days before the expiry date, and this setting is configured in each agent's profile under their Listing Settings. When an agent profile is created, this toggle is on by default. Currently, this sends regardless of listing status.

The BLC Rules state that listing status updates must be completed within 2 business days. Please update the Estimated Closing Date or, if the listing has sold, update the listing status to Sold.
