Flood Plains

In a transaction, all ascertainable information must be disclosed. Flood plains can affect the need for additional insurance and therefore the cost of purchase, and perhaps the lending on, a property. Flood plain information can be seen in the Flood Map tab of the listing view for reference, but should be added to the Disclosures field for quick reference as well.
