Forms Overview

Access the Forms page by clicking the Forms button in the top toolbar on any page in connectBLC. This can also be accessed from the My BLC Home Page on a mobile device.

To manage forms from within the BLC, click Broker Forms. Here you are able to access, upload, and download real estate forms. In order to read or upload forms you must have a PDF reader (e.g., Adobe Reader). Many are available for download at no cost.

Forms can also be managed externally. Click MIBOR Forms to be taken to MIBOR member site. Click Transaction Desk to be seamlessly transferred to Transaction Desk. Once you log in to either site, follow the onscreen instructions to engage with your forms.
