Hot Sheet Search

Hot Sheet Search

A Hotsheet search will provide a quick look into the most recent listing events that have occurred in the BLC.  These types of searches will always include the Timeframe filter since they are intended to capture the latest snapshots. However, you can use the Timeframe filter to change it. To create a Hotsheet default, open the type of Hotsheet search you'd like to run by clicking on it within the Hot Sheets widget. If you do not see/have this widget, click here to learn how to Modify Home Page Layout

You can also hover over the Search module icon and choose Hotsheet from the dropdown menu.

Add/Remove your preferred criteria using the Add/Remove Fields button option at the bottom of your Filters. If you would like to include more detail, toggle ON the Advanced Options.

When ready, click the Default gear icon at the top of the Filters menu.

Note: If you have hidden your Map or List while in this view, the Default gear icon is located to the top right of the Filters page.

Choose Save Current As My Default.

The system will automatically check the box to make these criteria the Hotsheet default for the specific Property Type you chose. If you'd like this to be your Primary Default Search - meaning it will be what appears every time you open a Hotsheet search - you will want to check the second box.
