How Can A Managing Broker Edit A Listing If the Agent is No Longer In Their Office?

Type the Listing ID or Address in the Smart Bar at the top of the BLC page.  (The listing will NOT be
accessible from the View/Manage My Listings and Transactions screen)

Once you click on the listing and view it in detail, click on the Additional Info icon at the top right.
Next select Edit Listing from within the menu.  Since the listing is still affiliated with your
brokerage, you will have access to edit it.

From the Edit Screen Menu, Select Edit Listing Status.

Next, click on the drop-down caret and select Released.

Another window will open.  Click on the Save button to finalize your changes.

Note:  If the brokerage is keeping the listing as opposed to executing a Mutual Release from the Listing Agreement,
the listing should be assigned to another agent in the office.  Click here for instructions to update the list agent.
