How can I correctly advertise someone else's listing?

Section 4.3 - Solicitation of Listing Filed with the Service: Participants shall not solicit a listing on property filed with the Service unless such solicitation is consistent with Article 16 of the REALTORS®' Code of Ethics, its Standards of Practice, and its Case Interpretations.

Standard of Practice 12-9: REALTOR® firm websites shall disclose the firm’s name and state(s) of licensure in a reasonable and readily apparent manner. Websites of REALTORS® and non-member licensees affiliated with a REALTOR® firm shall disclose the firm’s name and that REALTOR®’s or non-member licensee’s state(s) of licensure in a reasonable and readily apparent manner.

To be in compliance with license law, BLC rules, Code of Ethics and the IDX Agreement, check to see who has the listing at either first look, or click to check actvity since it needs to be a live link. To post any listing correctly it needs to be done via Matrix, MIBOR’s mobile app, or Homesnap.
