Receiving BLC Data for Website
MIBOR BLC® Listing Service database compilation is jointly copyrighted by MIBOR BLC® Listing Service and the listing brokers. This copyright is obtained to protect the intellectual property rights in the database content relating to listings on behalf of the listing broker. Therefore, any use of the MIBOR BLC® Listing Service data must be protected by a Data Licensing Agreement. The applicable use of the MIBOR BLC® Listing Service data governs what type of agreement is needed. There are three types of Data Licensing Agreements including IDX, VOW and Back-Office.

Each of your broker clients (if applicable) will digitally sign the Data License Agreement at MLSGrid.com as well.
