How can I resend Master Lock Vault login credentials to myself?
1. Go to : https://enterprise.masterlockvault.com/
2. Type in your Organization ID. This will be MIBOR_Member Number if it is the first time logging in. Otherwise, users can click within the Organization ID field and see previously-used IDs. Select your organization ID and click “Next”.
3. Skip Email and Password fields and click “Forgot Password.”
4. Enter the member’s email address and click the “I’m not a robot” reCAPTCHA box. Click “Send Email.”
5. Copy and paste the Temporary Password into the Password field. The system will automatically prompt to reset the password. Click Save when finished.
