How can I resend Master Lock Vault login credentials to myself?

  1. 1. Go to : https://enterprise.masterlockvault.com/ 

 

  1. 2. Type in your Organization ID. This will be MIBOR_Member Number if it is the first time logging in. Otherwise, users can click within the Organization ID field and see previously-used IDs. Select your organization ID and click “Next”. 

 


  2. 3. Skip Email and Password fields and click “Forgot Password.” 


 


  2. 4. Enter the member’s email address and click the “I’m not a robot” reCAPTCHA box. Click “Send Email.” 


 


​The email sent by Master Lock will be from noreply@masterlockvault.com and will look like this: 

 

  1. 5. Copy and paste the Temporary Password into the Password field. The system will automatically prompt to reset the password. Click Save when finished.
