How do I delete a lockbox from my Vault account?
2. Click the Lock Name.
3. Select the History button. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and select the Export button. Completing this action
will ensure that you capture all of the lock box events from the time the lock box was activated.
Open the download history via Excel or your desired export software and save the data.
4. Navigate back to the Settings tab. Click the "Delete" button on the right and follow the instructions to delete the box from the account.
Ensure that you either screenshot, type, or write down the Device ID, Activation Code, and Primary Code and save it within your records.
