BrokerBay: Auto-Confirm Settings

In BrokerBay, the ability to automatically confirm showings and send instructions without the approval of a Contact or Agent is called AUTO-CONFIRM. Most agents may be familiar with this concept as it has been referred to as "Go and Show" in the industry. There are 2 ways to go about setting up Auto-Confirm status for your showing.




1. Have the approval settings set to Auto-Confirm All Showings:
 



 
ALL times on the Showing Availability / Restrictions calendar will be available for showings. If you'd like to restrict certain times, any boxes left unrestricted (will show white and available) will Auto-Confirm.
 
 
2. Have the approval settings set as Seller / Contact to Confirm: 
 

 
Place restrictions (if needed) on the Showing Availability / Restrictions calendar. Then, ensure the Custom Selector to the left is set to Auto-Confirm:
 

 
Select the times to Auto-Confirm (green boxes):
