How Do I Extend My Active Listings Expiration Date?

An agent may extend an active listings expiration date per a fully executed amendment to the listing agreement.
There are two ways to access the edit screen.

Option A:

Hover over Listings at the top left and select Extend Expiration Date



Paste or type the listing ID in the field then select Submit




Enter in the new expiration date and separate with a forward slash in between, for example: mm/dd/yyyy or use the calendar to insert the date.  Next, select Save Changes. 

Option B:

Hover over listings then select View/Manage My Listings and Transactions.



Click on the drop-down menu on the left side to display the Active listings.   Click on the pencil along the same row as the desired listing.  




Select Extend the Listing Expiration Date.



Enter in the new expiration date and separate with a forward slash, for example: mm/dd/yyyy or use the calendar to insert the date.  Next, select Save Changes.
