The Team ID in connectBLC is created during the team creation process.  If an agent should need to know the Team ID afterward:

1. Click on personal profile menu and access Settings.

 

2. Choose to "Modify my connectBLC Team" from the Personal Information menu.

3. View the line of information containing the Team ID.
