How do I know if a client received/saw an auto email?

If you are trying to view Client Activity without waiting on a notification, the fastest way is via the Client Activity widget on your Home screen, where you can filter down to specific actions per client. 

You can also click on the Login Activity tab to view if/when clients have logged into their Client Portal.

You can also view their login activity via the the Client Dashboard, or through the Prospecting Manager under Viewed.

If your client says they are not receiving emails, you may need to edit the search to ensure that you have checked ON the option for the system to send notification to the client.
