How do I message all agents who have shown my property?

From BrokerBay's web platform:

1. Open the listing details.

2. Click on the Message Agents tab.



3. Select "Completed Showings Only" from the dropdown menu.


Other items of importance:
  1. You may want to enter the property address as the Subject for the message so agents are immediately aware which listing is being referenced.
  2. If you only want to send the message to some of those agents and not all, you can view and edit the Recipient list to the left, if necessary.
  3. You can create a custom template for these types of messages via the Template Manager found in your personal profile menu (see below).


Within the BrokerBay mobile app:

1. Open the listing details

2. Click on the Message Agents button in the bottom right.


3. Select "Completed Showings Only" from the dropdown menu; remove any unwanted recipients by selecting the red X next to their name, if necessary.
