How Do I Message All Agents Who Have Shown The Property

Draft an email to a group of agents who have shown one of your listings right within BrokerBay.
You can remove an agent from a particular message (as shown below), or filter which agents to message - for example, only those with upcoming showings to make them aware of a lockbox location change.
Once you hit the Send button on the top right corner of your screen, your message will promptly go out to the desired recipients, and you can revisit the sent logs later! Happy sending!
