How Do I: Search by School District?

School District and individual school data is incorporated in the BLC from the Indiana Department of Education via a third party provider. Information is updated regularly based on the DOE source information.

Due to the frequency of change in individual schools, it is recommended to limit searches to School District to avoid missing potential property matches. Individual schools are included on reports and should be verified by buyers during the due diligence period of the contract.

1. Use the Advanced Options toggle while choosing search criteria. This will add the “Equals Any/None” field to School District, and you can narrow down that way.
   

 

2. Use the Layers while in the Map to quickly select the school districts you do want to include.
