Using the Add/Remove additional fields button in the Search module, you can add the following criteria to search for Back on Market listings:

 

 

The "Last Change Type" would be set to "Back on Market" and the "Return to Market" date could be used to narrow down the results to only those that have been changed to BOM as of X date (or date range).
