How Do I Search For A Member, Team, or Office In connectBLC?

Members may want to search for a specific member or search by a members, location, office, or designation.  
This can be achieved by using the Agent/Membership Search in the BLC service.  

Hover over Search in the menu at the top of the screen then select Agent/Membership, then Member.

From this screen, you have the option to search by the member, office, team, or team member in the drop down toggle menu.  
You can also choose the specific designation by the user type.  There are additional fields to further narrow your search.  
Once you've entered the desired search criteria, hit View Results or select Count to view the number of results.




If you select View Results, a list will appear that can be exported or printed.  


Note: The ConnectBLC platform does not have mass email functionality.
