How do I search for Off Market properties in Remine Pro?
When you click into the Search tool, you will view a Google Base map with a Search bar at the top. Just underneath, the program will default you to a Properties search. Ensure that this toggle is ON; the Off Market filter will not appear during a Listings search.
1. Type the name of the area you would like to farm in the Search bar; you may have to scroll down to choose the correct area. Run search.
2. Click on the Add Filter button just underneath the Search bar at the top of the page. Scroll down on that menu and choose the Off Market filter. You can click the pushpin icon to pin the filter at the top for easier access in the future.
3. Click on the Off Market filter tab and choose the box next to Off Market. You should see changes in the Results number in the top left corner and blue property "dots" on the map.
