How Do I Search For Properties With A Private Pool or Community Pool?
Access the magnifying glass icon at the top left of your BLC account. Hover over Search, General Search, then Residential.
Type the word "Pool" into the open text filter section. Click on the plus sign next to Pool Features and Private Pool Y/N.
Each pool field will be added to the selected fields (right) side. Next, select Save Changes at the top right.
Scroll down through your filters list to locate each field.
Note: Select Yes in the Private Pool Y/N field if your client is interested in having and maintaining their own pool located on or in the property.
The Pool Features field allows you to select specific pool requirements.
If the client wants access to a pool within the community but is NOT interested in a private pool, add the
Association Amenities field and select Pool from within the list.
