A lockbox cannot be assigned to multiple properties in BrokerBay. To use a lockbox on a new listing, it must first be unassigned from the previous property.

2. Click on the Showings tab followed by the Showing Configuration button,

3. Drop down the Access Type menu and change from MasterLock to the empty field at the top; this should remove the Device ID field from the Showing Agent Instructions.

4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select Save.
