1. Open your lockbox management page via your personal profile menu.

2. Locate the Device ID/Serial Number of the lockbox you are investigating and click associated View Logs link under Access Logs heading.

3. View the lockbox access details from left to right, including Date, Time, Event (action on the lockbox), and Agent Name.

Note: BrokerBay can only collect the name of the agent actioning the lockbox if they are doing so via the Access MasterLock button within the Showing Instructions on the BrokerBay app.
